　　劉憲，字元度，宋州寧陵人。弱冠擢進士第，纍遷左臺監察御史，貶潾水令。召為鳳閣捨人。神竜初，自吏部侍郎出刺渝州。尋入為修文館學士，歷太子詹事卒。武後時，敕吏部糊名考判求高才，惟憲與王適、司馬鍠、梁載言入第二等。集三十捲，今編詩一捲。
