　　崔善為，貝州武城人。善歷數。仕隋，為文林郎。嘗領丁匠五百人，營仁壽宮。楊素為總監，來按實，善為持簿暗唱，五百人無一差失，素大驚。稍遷樓煩司戶書佐，密勸高祖舉義旗。兵起，署為大將軍府司戶參軍，轉尚書左丞。貞觀中，歷大理、司農二卿，出為秦州刺史。詩二首。
