　　Kai Lai Chung (Kai Lai Chung, 1917 年 -2009 on June 2), Chinese mathematician, probability scientists.
　　Hangzhou, Zhejiang, was born in Shanghai in 1917. 1936 into the Department of Physics, 1940, graduated from Tsinghua University (Southwest Associated University) Department of Mathematics, after Ren Kunming Southwest Associated University, Department of Mathematics. 1944 Sixth Boxer obtain publicly funded scholarships in America. The end of 1945 to the United States to study in 1947 by the Princeton University PhD.
　　Fifty years teaching at the University of New York State Sena Cox (Syracuse), sixty years after the appointed professor of mathematics at Stanford University, Professor Emeritus. Kai Lai Chung, the probability for the world-renowned scientist, author of the dozen monographs. June 1, 2009 died in the Philippines.
