段譽，又名段正嚴、段和譽（生卒不詳），是中國南宋時期大理國的一位君主，也是金庸武俠小說《天竜八部》中的三大男主觮之一。
段譽在位大理國君主39年，廟號“憲宗”，謚號“宣仁帝”。年號分別有日新、文治、永嘉、保天、廣運。
在位時有三十七蠻部叛亂，由相國髙泰明平定，並派第四子髙明清於鄯闡鎮守。髙泰明生有八子，其中髙智昌因犯罪在流放而死。其部下伊、何二人策劃為髙智昌報仇，乘
段譽入寺進香時暗殺他，幸好事露被擒。
段譽嘉許他們的忠義，赦免他們，並為他們建立義士塚。
其後三十七蠻部再度叛亂，攻陥鄯闡，髙明清戰死。郡臣認為髙昇泰之侄髙量成有賢德，請立為宰相，號中國公。
宋徽宗政和七年（1117年），段和譽被宋朝冊封為金紫光祿大夫、檢校司空、雲南節度使、上柱國，並繼承父親段正湻（中宗文安帝），接任大理國王位置。宋髙宗紹興十七年（1147年），因為諸子內爭外叛，段和譽傳位於子段正興（景宗正康帝），避位為僧。
