段誉，又名段正严、段和誉（生卒不详），是中国南宋时期大理国的一位君主，也是金庸武侠小说《天龙八部》中的三大男主角之一。
段誉在位大理国君主39年，庙号“宪宗”，谥号“宣仁帝”。年号分别有日新、文治、永嘉、保天、广运。
在位时有三十七蛮部叛乱，由相国高泰明平定，并派第四子高明清于鄯阐镇守。高泰明生有八子，其中高智昌因犯罪在流放而死。其部下伊、何二人策划为高智昌报仇，乘
段誉入寺进香时暗杀他，幸好事露被擒。
段誉嘉许他们的忠义，赦免他们，并为他们建立义士冢。
其后三十七蛮部再度叛乱，攻陷鄯阐，高明清战死。郡臣认为高升泰之侄高量成有贤德，请立为宰相，号中国公。
宋徽宗政和七年（1117年），段和誉被宋朝册封为金紫光禄大夫、检校司空、云南节度使、上柱国，并继承父亲段正淳（中宗文安帝），接任大理国王位置。宋高宗绍兴十七年（1147年），因为诸子内争外叛，段和誉传位于子段正兴（景宗正康帝），避位为僧。
