感天皇后，本名
萧塔不烟，是西辽开国皇帝耶律大石的皇后。耶律大石在康国十年（1143年）去世时，他的儿子耶律夷列尚年幼，遵照德宗遗命，由皇后权理国事，改元咸清。她杀了金朝派出的使节粘割韩奴。
七年之后（1150年）感天皇后退位，耶律夷列亲政，改元绍兴。
