感天皇后，本名
蕭塔不煙，是西遼開國皇帝耶律大石的皇后。耶律大石在康國十年（1143年）去世時，他的兒子耶律夷列尚年幼，遵照德宗遺命，由皇后權理國事，改元鹹清。她殺了金朝派出的使節粘割韓奴。
七年之後（1150年）感天皇后退位，耶律夷列親政，改元紹興。
