西夏毅宗
李谅祚（1047年－1067年）是西夏第二位皇帝（1048年——1067年在位）。夏景宗私生子，生母没藏氏，党项族人。1048年，景宗被杀，毅宗以一岁幼龄继位，其母没藏太后及其家族专权。即位次年（1049年），辽国乘景宗新丧之机，与西夏爆发辽夏第二次贺兰山之战，西夏大败，损失惨重，向辽称臣。福圣承道四年（1056年），太后被杀，舅没藏讹庞执政。十二岁开始预政。奲都五年（1061年），讹庞父子密谋害他，遂杀讹庞及皇后（讹庞之女），立梁氏为后，亲掌国政。废行蕃礼，改用汉仪；并增设各部尚书、侍郎等多种官职，以完善中央行政体制。调整州军，以加强对地方统治。这些措施使皇帝对军政权力的控制得到加强。他连年对宋用兵，攻掠临近州县。先后收降吐蕃首领瞎毡的儿子木征和青唐吐蕃部。后期注意修好与辽、宋关系，减少战役。1066年，在与北宋作战时受箭伤，次年死，享年仅21岁，谥号昭英皇帝。
