餘蔚，是十六國時期的扶餘國國王。370年十一月初七，前秦對前燕發動滅國戰爭，前燕散騎侍郎
餘蔚率領扶餘、高句麗及上黨丁零的人質，趁夜打開鄴城北門讓秦軍進入，鄴城陷落，前燕滅亡。384年正月，任前秦滎陽太守的

餘蔚並不怪罪。之後慕容垂在滎陽自稱大將軍、大都督、燕王，建立後燕，任命丁零翟斌為建義大將軍，封為河南王；任命
餘蔚為徵東將軍、統府左司馬，封為扶餘王。392年七月，慕容垂在鄴城，任命右光祿大夫
餘蔚為左僕射。396年五月初九，後燕皇帝慕容寶任命扶餘王
餘蔚為太傅。他是最後一位扶餘王，因受勿吉威脅，無力自保，內附高句麗。
