鬱久閭斛律（？－414年）即藹苦蓋可汗。為亞洲蒙古一帶古國柔然的君主之一，他於410年5月立，娶北燕樂浪公主為妻。414年5月被大臣樹黎背叛，投奔北燕，嚮北燕太祖請求援軍。返國途中，因為士兵嫌路途太遙遠(兩國相隔幾千裏的距離。)而把他殺死。
