劉烏路孤（？－341年），又作劉虎或劉武，十六國時期匈奴支係鐵弗部首領，為前任首領劉誥昇爰之子，鬍夏建立者劉勃勃之曾祖父。309年（西晉懷帝永嘉三年、漢趙劉淵河瑞元年），誥昇爰去世，烏路孤繼立，自稱其部落為“鐵弗”，並歸降漢趙。
烏路孤繼位時，鐵弗部原居今山西一帶，310年，鐵弗為劉琨所敗後，始嚮西遷，進入朔方，漢趙帝劉淵此時封烏路孤為樓煩公，拝安北將軍，丁零中郎將。318年，為東晉所冊封之代王拓跋鬱律所敗，逃往塞外。
341年，烏路孤再攻擊代國，復為代王拓跋什翼犍所敗，不久去世，子劉務桓繼立。後來劉勃勃稱帝後，將烏路孤追謚為景皇帝。
