禿烏孤（？－399年），十六國時期南涼建立者。397年-399年在位，河西鮮卑人，其父為鮮卑族酋長禿思鞬。涼麟嘉六年（394年），受涼王呂光封為冠軍大將軍、河西鮮卑大都統，次年（395年）破乙弗、掘二部，再受封為武郡公。涼竜飛元年（396年）呂光又遣使署南大將軍、益州牧、左賢王，烏孤不受。竜飛五年（397年）叛涼，自稱大都督、大將軍、大單於、西平王，改年號太初。明年（398年）改稱武威王。太初三年（399年）因酒墜馬傷及肋骨而死，謚武王，廟號烈祖。弟禿利鹿孤繼立。
