　　乞伏炽磐（？－428年），十六国时期西秦国君主，乞伏干归长子。
　　
　　炽磐个性勇略过人，400年，西秦第一次亡国后，被送往南凉为人质。后秦弘始四年（402年）炽磐自南凉奔后秦与干归会合。炽磐于后秦期间，召集军队据地自立。弘始十一年（409年）干归逃回西秦旧地，再称秦王，西秦复国，炽磐又被立为太子。西秦更始四年（412年）干归为侄乞伏公府所弑，炽磐擒杀公府，继位，称河南王，改元永康。永康三年（414年）灭南凉，复称秦王，其后主要与北凉争战。建弘九年（428年）病死，谥文昭王，庙号太祖。其子乞伏暮末继位。
