张曜灵（346年－355年）是十六国时期前凉政权的君主。
张曜灵为前凉桓王张重华之子，353年被伯父张祚夺去君主位，改为宁凉侯并被幽禁。前凉和平二年八月（355年），
张曜灵卷入复辟政变，被张祚下令杀死。
