石遵（？－349年），字大祗，十六國時期後趙國君主，為石虎第九子，石世之兄，母為鄭櫻桃。後趙建平三年（333年），後趙帝石勒去世，石虎掌控大權，
石遵當時被封為齊王。建武三年（337年），石虎改稱天王後，被降封為彭城公。太寧元年（349年），石虎稱帝後，再被進封為彭城王。
石虎本有意立
石遵為太子，然而因昭儀劉氏及將領張豺從中作梗，石虎遂立劉氏之子石世為太子。太寧元年（349年），石虎病重，被任命為大將軍，鎮守關右。不久，石虎去世，石世即位，大權握於劉太後及張豺之手。
石遵與姚弋仲、蒲洪、石閔等人商量後決定仮擊，遂以石閔為前鋒，攻打都城鄴城（今河北臨漳縣），不久，鄴城陥，劉太後不得已衹好任命
石遵為丞相。數日後，
石遵廢石世，自登帝位。
石遵當初在叛變前，曾答應事成後以石閔為太子，可是等到
石遵登帝位後，太子卻是
石遵之侄石衍，因此石閔頗為不滿，有仮叛之意。經過旁人提醒，
石遵遂召其兄石鑒、弟石苞與母親鄭櫻桃等人商議，不料會後卻被石鑒齣賣，將此事告知石閔。不久，石閔即率軍入宮，
石遵受擒後，被殺，在位僅183日。
