　　Constantine Ustinovich Chernenko (Константин Устинович Черненко, 1911 年 9 月 24 日 -1,985 on March 10), the CPSU Central Committee General Secretary, CPSU Central Committee Politburo member, Central Committee .
　　1960 -1 965 served as the Secretary-General of the Supreme Soviet. CPSU Central Committee in 1965 after the former General Minister; in 1976 he was appointed secretary of the CPSU Central Committee. Since 1978 has been a member of the Soviet Communist Party Politburo. Since 1966, he was appointed representative of the Supreme Soviet of the previous twice been awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
