　　Clement Armand Faliere (Clément Armand Fallières, 1841 年 6 November Lott was born in France - Garonne, June 22, 1931 died in the same way) is a French politician, he from 1906 to 1913 the French President.
　　In March 1885 he quit his post of Minister of Education. May 1887 Maurice Rouvier appointed him as Minister of Internal Affairs staff, in December he was named Minister of Justice, in February 1889 and then appointed Minister of Internal Affairs, the last from March 1890 to February 1892 another member of the Judicial Minister level. He was born in June 1890 the Lott - Garonne to the ratio of 417:23 vote him into the French Senate election. He did not attend any parties, so to avoid partisan disputes, but to maintain his influence on the Republican Party.
