隗純（？－42年），中國東漢時代初期政治人物。涼州天水郡成紀縣人。父隴右群雄之一隗囂。兄弟隗恂。隗囂降伏漢光武帝，又投靠成傢公孫述，公孫述封隗囂為朔寧王。光武帝殺死人質隗恂，派吳漢、岑彭包圍西城。建武九年（33年）春正月，隗囂在冀城（天水郡）死去。
隗純在部下王元、周宗、行巡、高峻、苟宇、趙恢等人的支持下繼立為朔寧王，公孫述部將田弇、趙匡也來支援。同年秋八月，光武帝派中郎將來歙、徵西大將軍馮異、建威大將軍耿弇、虎牙大將軍蓋延、揚武將軍馬成、武威將軍劉尚率軍攻天水。建武十年（34年）夏，馮異在軍中病故。同年十月，來歙在落門聚（天水郡冀縣）大敗
