吐蕃

木奈贊普，又作牟尼贊普、足之煎，是吐蕃的38代贊普（797年－798年在位），赤德贊之子。赤德贊死，吐蕃開始衰落。
赤德贊有四個兒子。797年，赤德贊將王位傳給足之煎。許多記載稱
木奈贊普僅在位1年有，但一些西方學者認為是797年到804年。他為其父的葬禮，使用的是佛教禮儀而不是苯教禮儀。他即位，三次平均百姓的財富，但結果是富人愈富，窮人愈窮。798年，他的母哲蚌氏將他毒殺，其弟牟如贊普即位。
