吐蕃

木奈赞普，又作牟尼赞普、足之煎，是吐蕃的38代赞普（797年－798年在位），赤松德赞之子。赤松德赞死后，吐蕃开始衰落。
赤松德赞有四个儿子。797年，赤松德赞将王位传给了足之煎。许多记载称
木奈赞普仅在位1年有余，但一些西方学者认为是797年到804年。他为其父的葬礼，使用的是佛教礼仪而不是苯教礼仪。他即位后，三次平均百姓的财富，但结果是富人愈富，穷人愈穷。798年，他的母后哲蚌氏将他毒杀，其弟牟如赞普即位。
