吐蕃

聶赤贊普（威利：gNya'-khri bTsan-po），一作聶赤贊布，是西藏傳說中的第一位藏王。
傳說中西藏山南地區的悉補野部地方首領，於前127年即位，是為吐蕃之祖先。今乃東縣境內的雍布拉康，傳說為其修建的。
傳說
聶赤贊普是天神下凡，出生於波密，後出遊至山南。據說當年在雅隆河𠔌生活着遊牧的吐蕃人，一天發現了一位語言和本地人不同的英俊的小夥子，人們非常奇怪，要求12位最聰明的苯教領袖前去探問，他們問這個小夥子從哪裏來，他不會回答，衹是手指天空，於是被誤認為是天神之子，12位巫師讓他騎在脖子上，輪流將其馱回大傢聚居的地方，擁立為王，以肩承之，故而得名「
聶赤贊普」，為他建造了王宮—雍布拉康。其部落也因而得名“悉補野”，意為“來自波密”。
其後吐蕃歷代贊普均奉其為祖先。統一藏區的鬆贊幹布即自稱其33代孫。
聶赤贊普教會當地的人進行農耕，雅隆部落逐漸強大，以後各王都被稱為“贊普”，直到第33代贊普鬆贊幹布統一吐蕃各部落，建立了強大的吐蕃王國，
聶赤贊普被尊稱為第一位藏王。
