周簡王姬夷(？－前572年)為周定王之子。公元前586年周定王死即位，在位十四年，至前572年九月病死。死葬處不明。子靈王泄心即位。
周簡王在位時，周天子權威已經蕩然無存，故其本人也無要事可述。但這時，除晉、楚、秦，宋、鄭等國相互攻伐不止以外，位於東南地區，原為楚國屬國的吳國興起，屢次攻入楚國，入春混戰的行列。
