蔡平侯，即
姬廬，為春秋諸侯國蔡國君主之一，他為蔡靈侯兒子。楚平王復蔡之後，他承襲蔡靈侯擔任該國君主，在位期間為前530年—前522年，共9年。 《左傳·昭公十三年》則稱廬為蔡靈侯世子有之子，世子有被楚靈王殺死。
