卫平侯（？－前335年），姬姓子南氏，名劲，为战国诸侯国卫国君主之一。他是卫灵公的玄孙，卫灵公之子姬郢的后代，因姬郢字子南，故他的后代皆改从子南为氏，姬郢传子南弥牟，子南弥牟传子南固，子南固传
子南劲，即卫平侯。前343年魏惠王强行废除卫成侯改立卫平侯为卫国君主（见杨宽《战国史料编年辑证》），在位8年。
