衛平侯（？－前335年），姬姓子南氏，名勁，為戰國諸侯國衛國君主之一。他是衛靈公的玄孫，衛靈公之子姬郢的後代，因姬郢字子南，故他的後代皆改從子南為氏，姬郢傳子南彌牟，子南彌牟傳子南固，子南固傳
子南勁，即衛平侯。前343年魏惠王強行廢除衛成侯改立衛平侯為衛國君主（見楊寬《戰國史料編年輯證》），在位8年。
