卫出公（？－前456年），即
姬辄，为春秋诸侯国卫国君主之一，卫灵公之孙，为灵公长子蒯聩之子。他承袭卫灵公担任该国君主，上任期间为前492年。
前481年，他父亲蒯聩夺位是为卫后庄公，卫出公不得不出走齐国。直到前475年卫石曼尃（ｆū，夫）赶走卫君起，起逃亡到齐国。卫出公辄又从齐返回卫国做国君。当初，出公即位十二年（前481年）后逃亡，在外四年才得返回。才又回卫国复位。前后当政二十一年（前456年）死去，出公叔父黔赶走出公儿子而自立为国君，这就是卫悼公。
