衛出公（？－前456年），即
姬輒，為春諸侯國衛國君主之一，衛靈公之孫，為靈公長子蒯聵之子。他承襲衛靈公擔任該國君主，上任期間為前492年。
前481年，他父親蒯聵奪位是為衛莊公，衛出公不得不出走齊國。直到前475年衛石曼尃（ｆū，夫）趕走衛君起，起逃亡到齊國。衛出公輒又從齊返衛國做國君。當初，出公即位十二年（前481年）逃亡，在外四年得返。又衛國位。前當政二十一年（前456年）死去，出公叔父黔趕走出公兒子而自立為國君，這就是衛悼公。
