宋穆公，子姓，名和，據《春秋》記載，於魯隱公三年（前720年）去世，在位9年。宋武公之子，宣公之弟。宋穆公傳位給宋宣公之子與夷，而沒有傳給自己的兒子馮。被認為是遵循道義的典範。
