姬宋，为春秋诸侯国鲁国君主之一，是鲁国第二十五任君主。他为鲁昭公儿子，承袭鲁昭公担任该国君主，在位15年。 《东周列国志》称昭公死后季孙意如废黜其嫡子姬衍和姬务人而立其庶子，是为定公。
