楚简王（－前408年），原名
熊中，又称柬大王，楚惠王之子。在位二十四年，即位初北伐灭莒国（今山东莒县） ，以莒为邑；简王十九年（前413年）伐魏、攻至上洛（今陕西洛南）；并三度围攻宋国都城。
