楚國  (?前529年～前529年五月)

　　楚王比（？—前529年），本名芈比，楚共王的第三子，楚康王、楚靈王的弟弟。前541年，楚靈王芈圍侄兒楚郟敖自立，公子比北逃晉國。前529年，楚國人推翻楚靈王，子比回國即位。不久又被弟弟芈棄疾逼迫自殺。
　　
　　起初，楚共王有五個寵愛的兒子：芈昭、芈圍、芈比、芈皙、芈棄疾，沒有嫡長子可立。於是就祭祀群神，請神來决定派誰主掌國傢。楚共王暗中和巴姬在祖廟內埋藏一塊璧玉，然後召見五個公子齋戒入內，芈昭跨璧而過，芈圍用手肘爬過，芈比、芈皙都遠離璧玉，沒有從上面經過。芈棄疾年幼，被抱進廟，一拜再拜都正好壓在璧上。
　　
　　所以芈昭以長子而即位，為楚康王，到了他的兒子楚郟敖失國，芈圍為楚靈王，結果身遭弒殺。芈比做了十幾天的王，芈皙不得即位，又都被殺。四人都沒有後代。唯獨芈棄疾，後來即位為平王，終於延續楚國的世係。
