南庚，姓子名更，中國商朝第十八位國王。沃甲之子，前任國王祖丁之從弟。《今本竹書紀年》稱他在位6年，《太平御覽》引《史記》稱他在位29年。
南庚在位期間將國都由庇遷至奄，死後由祖丁之子陽甲繼位。
