祖丁，在甲骨文中作且丁，姓子，《今本竹書紀年》稱他名新，中國商朝第17位國王。祖辛之子，前任國王沃甲之侄。《竹書紀年》稱
祖丁定都於庇。《今本竹書紀年》稱他在位9年。死後由從弟南庚繼位。
