沃甲，在甲骨文中作羌甲，《竹書紀年》作開甲，姓子名逾，是中國商朝第十六任國王，祖乙之子，前任國王祖辛之弟，在位時定都於庇。《今本竹書紀年》稱
沃甲在位5年，《太平御覽》引《史記》稱他在位25年。死後由侄祖丁繼位。
