齐献公，原名
姜山，是姜齐的第七任国君，是第六任君齐胡公之异母弟。胡公姜静被立为君，为防纪国暗算，前866年从营丘（临淄）迁都薄姑（临淄西北五十里）。此举对齐人震动很大，有怨言，
姜山与其私党率营丘人杀死胡公，将胡公之子驱逐出境，又把首都从薄姑迁到营丘，扩建营丘城，因新城滨临淄水，故易名临淄，是为齐献公。九年齐献公卒，子武公寿立。
