齊獻公，原名
薑山，是薑齊的第七任國君，是第六任君齊鬍公之異母弟。鬍公薑靜被立為君，為防紀國暗算，前866年從營丘（臨淄）遷都薄姑（臨淄西北五十裏）。此舉對齊人震動很大，有怨言，
薑山與其私黨率營丘人殺死鬍公，將鬍公之子驅逐出境，又把首都從薄姑遷到營丘，擴建營丘城，因新城濱臨淄水，故易名臨淄，是為齊獻公。九年齊獻公卒，子武公壽立。
