赵幽缪王(约前245年─？)，又称赵王迁，是中国战国时期赵国君主，本名
赵迁，赵悼襄王之子。二年，秦破平阳（今河北临漳县西）、武城（今山东武城县西），杀赵将扈辄于武遂，斩首十万。赵乃以李牧为大将军，击秦军于宜安（石家庄东南），大破秦军，秦将桓齮（可能是樊於期）败逃。封李牧为武安君。在位时期，重用大将李牧，连败秦军。秦甚惧李牧，乃用巨金贿赵国佞臣郭开，郭开乃谮于赵幽缪王，诬李牧谋反，
赵迁遂杀李牧。秦王政十九年（前228年），秦将王翦破赵军，攻占邯郸，赵幽缪王献出地图投降，被流放到河南房陵，赵国灭亡。赵国公子嘉逃到代（今河北蔚县东北），自立为代王(一说为秦始皇任命)。
