趙襄子(？─前425年)，是中國春秋時期晉國趙氏的領袖，原名
趙毋恤，趙簡子趙鞅侍妾所生庶子，母親是翟人之女。出身微賤，其貌不揚。晉定公三十七年（前475年）毋恤承襲簡子晉卿之職，“觀事而製法，因事而製禮”，是趙國強盛之始。初即位擊殺姐夫代王及其從官，占領代國，其姊泣而呼天，拔下發笄自刺而死；接着趙襄子聯合韓、魏二傢，消滅智伯，並將他的頭骨拿來當酒杯。智伯之死，刺客豫讓决定報仇，毋恤遭受刺客豫讓的行刺，後來毋恤義釋他一次，豫讓第二次行刺襄子失敗後自殺。
起初趙簡子為了趙氏的未來，將位子傳給聰慧的
趙毋恤而不傳給嫡長子趙伯魯。爾後趙襄子决定在他死後要把位子傳給哥哥的兒子趙周，立為代成君。由於趙周早死，立趙周子趙浣為太子。襄子死後，襄子的兒子趙桓子，將趙浣趕走，自立為君。
《新序》載趙襄子飲酒五日五夜，其臣子優莫說他不如紂王，因為紂王曾飲酒七日七夜。
