赵简子(？─前476年)，是中国春秋时期晋国赵氏的领袖，原名
赵鞅，又名志父，亦称赵孟。《赵氏孤儿》中的孤儿赵武之孙。晋昭公时，公族弱，大夫势力强，赵简子为大夫，专国事。简子有疾，昏迷了五天，扁鹊替他把过脉。晋定公三十六年（前476年）卒，传位赵毋恤。
