小甲，姓子名高，是中国商朝的第7位君王。《史记·殷本纪》说他是太庚之子，也说他是太庚之弟。在位36年（一说17年），今认为17年（公元前1516-公元前1499）。

小甲死后，弟雍己继立，商朝始衰。谥号敬王。
