大理  (?1283年～1284年)

　　段忠是段兴智、段实之弟，蒙古辖下的第三位大理总管。在段实死后继位为大理总管，任大理宣慰使兼军民万户府，随元帅阔木伐西林，破会川，并于通鄯阐之役建功。在位仅一年，于1284年卒，后以段实子段庆（有一说为段忠之子）继任大理总管。
