According to foreign reports, the Norwegian forest on gentle south-eastern Norway, with 30 hectares of land, 2.52 million, spent 10 years building the Halden Fengsel prison inmates. Alleged that the prison is considered the world's most humane prison. It is reported that this prison has a LCD TV and each unit shower. The prison has its own recording studio and medical centers.
