People Pyongyang, September 21 (Reporter-week course) 21, according to Korean Central News Agency reported that North Korean Workers Party Conference Committee announced that preparations for the election of Labor Party, "the highest guiding organ" of the Korean Workers Party meeting will be September 28 held.
