　　叶浓原为建州（今福建建瓯）军卒，建炎二年（1128）六月，率众数千人起义，诛杀官吏、攻打州县。随即转攻福州（今福建），七月回师建州，攻克政和（今福建松溪南）、宁德、浦城、建阳（今福建境内）等县。宋廷命御营统制张俊、两浙提点刑狱赵哲率兵讨伐。十一月，叶浓为赵哲打败，投降。后谋再起，事情泄露后为张俊所杀。
