　　顺治十三年（1656）正月初四日，顺治帝为吸取历代统治经验，命编《通鉴全书》，以巴哈纳等为总裁官、张长庚等为副总裁官；又因他即位后宣称要“以孝治天下”，大力提倡孝道，要人民遵奉，故命编《孝经衍义》，以冯铨为总裁官、冯溥等为编纂官。
