yī shì bù tán pàn, zhàn shèng guó zhǐ xiàng zhàn bài guó chuán dá dān biān de pò jiàng yào qiú hé tóu jiàng de jù tǐ shì yí, rú shí jiān、 dì diǎn děng。
èr shì bù chéng rèn, zhàn shèng guó bù chéng rèn zhàn bài guó yuán zhèng fǔ、 yuán zhèng zhì tuán tǐ、 yuán lǐng dǎo rén yòu rèn hé zhèng zhì quán lì。 cóng zhàn bài guó tóu jiàng qiān zì dào yǔ zhàn shèng guó jiàn lì zhèng cháng guān xì zhī qián, zhàn bài guó zhèng fǔ de zhí néng yóu zhàn shèng guó zhù jūn shǒu nǎo jī gòu xíng shǐ。

wǒ men jǐn fèng rì huáng、 rì běn zhèng fǔ yǔ qí dì guó dà běn yíng de mìng lìng, bìng dài biǎo rì huáng, rì běn zhèng fǔ yǔ qí dì guó dà běn yíng, jiē shòu měi zhōng yīng sān guó zhèng fǔ yuán shǒu qī yuè 'èr shí liù rì zài bō cí tǎn xuān bù de, jí yǐ hòu yóu sū lián fù shǔ de gōng gào gè tiáo kuǎn。 yǐ xià chēng sì dà qiáng guó wéi tóng méng guó。
wǒ men cí xuān bù rì běn dì guó dà běn yíng jí zài rì běn kòng zhì xià zhù zhā gè dì de rì běn wǔ zhuāng bù duì, xiàng tóng méng guó wú tiáo jiàn tóu jiàng。
wǒ men cí mìng lìng zhù zhā gè dì de yī qiē rì běn wǔ zhuāng bù duì jí rì běn rén mín, jí kè tíng zhǐ zhàn shì, bǎo cún yī qiē jiàn tǐng、 fēi jī、 zī yuán、 jūn shì jí fēi jūn shì de cái chǎn, miǎn shòu sǔn shī, bìng fú cóng tóng méng guó zuì gāo tǒng shuài, huò zài tā zhǐ dǎo xià rì běn zhèng fǔ gè jī guān suǒ yào qiú de yī qiē xū yào。
wǒ men cí mìng lìng rì běn dì guó dà běn yíng jí kè xià lìng rì běn de yī qiē wǔ zhuāng bù duì jí bù lùn zhù zài hé dì de rì běn kòng zhì xià de wǔ zhuāng bù duì de zhǐ huī guān, tā men zì jǐ jí tā men suǒ shuài de wǔ zhuāng bù duì, wú tiáo jiàn tóu jiàng。
wǒ men cí mìng lìng yī qiē mín zhèng de、 jūn shì de yǔ hǎi jūn de guān yuán, fú cóng yǔ shí xíng méng guó zuì gāo tǒng shuài rèn wéi shí jiàn zhè yī tóu jiàng suǒ shìdàng de yī qiē xuān yán、 mìng lìng yǔ zhǐ lìng, yǐ jí méng guó zuì gāo tǒng shuài jí zài tā shòu quán xià suǒ bān bù de yī qiē xuān yán、 mìng lìng yǔ zhǐ lìng, bìng xùn lìng shàng shù yī qiē guān yuán liú zài tā men xiàn yòu zhí wèi, chú fēi yóu méng guó zuì gāo tǒng shuài huò zài tā shòu quán xià tè bié jiě chú zhí wù zhě wài, jì xù zhí xíng fēi zhàn dǒu de zhí zé。
wǒ men cí dān chéng rì huáng、 rì běn zhèng fǔ jí qí jì chéng zhě zhōng shí shí xíng bō cí tǎn gōng gào de gè xiàng tiáo wén, bìng bān bù méng guó zuì gāo tǒng shuài suǒ xū yào de rèn hé mìng lìng jí cǎi qǔ méng guó zuì gāo tǒng shuài suǒ xū yào de rèn hé xíng dòng, huò zhě shí xíng méng guó dài biǎo wéi shí xíng bō cí tǎn gōng gào de rèn hé qí tā zhǐ lìng。
wǒ men cí mìng lìng rì běn dì guó zhèng fǔ jí rì běn dì guó dà běn yíng, jí kè jiě fàng zài rì běn kòng zhì xià de yī qiē méng guó jūn shì fú lǔ yǔ bèi jū jìn de gōng mín, bìng gěi yú tā men bǎo wèi、 zhào liào, wéi chí bìng gōngjǐ yùn dǐ zhǐ dìng dì diǎn de yùn shū gōng jù。
rì huáng yǔ rì běn zhèng fǔ tǒng zhì guó jiā de quán lì, jiāng fú cóng méng guó zuì gāo tǒng shuài, méng guó zuì gāo tǒng shuài jiāng cǎi qǔ tā men rèn wéi shí xíng zhè xiē tóu jiàng tiáo kuǎn suǒ xū yào de yī qiē bù zhòu。
INSTRUMENT OF SURRENDER
We, acting by command of and in behalf of the Emperor of Japan, the Japanese Government and the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters, hereby accept the provisions set forth in the declaration issued by the heads of the Governments of the United States, China and Great Britain on 26 July 1945, at Potsdam, and subsequently adhered to by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, which four powers are hereafter referred to as the Allied Powers.
We hereby proclaim the unconditional surrender to the Allied Powers of the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters and of all Japanese armed forces and all armed forces under the Japanese control wherever situated.
We hereby command all Japanese forces wherever situated and the Japanese people to cease hostilities forthwith, to preserve and save from damage all ships, aircraft, and military and civil property and to comply with all requirements which may be imposed by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers or by agencies of the Japanese Government at his direction.
We hereby command the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters to issue at once orders to the Commanders of all Japanese forces and all forces under Japanese control wherever situated to surrender unconditionally themselves and all forces under their control.
We hereby command all civil, military and naval officials to obey and enforce all proclamations, orders and directives deemed by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers to be proper to effectuate this surrender and issued by him or under his authority and we direct all such officials to remain at their posts and to continue to perform their non-combatant duties unless specifically relieved by him or under his authority.
We hereby undertake for the Emperor, the Japanese Government and their successors to carry out the provisions of the Potsdam Declaration in good faith, and to issue whatever orders and take whatever action may be required by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers or by any other designated representative of the Allied Powers for the purpose of giving effect to that Declaration.
We hereby command the Japanese Imperial Government and the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters at once to liberate all allied prisoners of war and civilian internees now under Japanese control and to provide for their protection, care, maintenance and immediate transportation to places as directed.
The authority of the Emperor and the Japanese Government to rule the state shall be subject to the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers who will take such steps as he deems proper to effectuate these terms of surrender.
