文化是旅游的灵魂
作为当今世界最大的产业,旅游业不仅仅是一种经济现象,同时也是一种文化现象,文化是旅游的灵魂,没有文化的旅游是没有生命力的旅游。因此,用文化包装旅游,是营造特色旅游的关键。
四川是生态旅游大省,做好生态文化特色,无疑将助推四川生态旅游更上层楼。在川东北,葱郁茂密的原始森林、雄奇壮观的高山石林、婀娜多姿的“十八月潭 ”,以及每年的“红叶节”活动,这些生态旅游资源与浓郁独特的民俗风情交相辉映、斑斓纷呈,构成了一幅幅绚丽多姿的迷人画卷,南江县近年来在生态旅游文化的探索上,应该说取得一定成效,该县通过开展“杜鹃之旅”、“红叶之旅”、“雾凇之旅”、“探险之旅”、“生态之旅”和“科考之旅”等生态旅游活动,森林旅游文化内涵日益丰富。同时,我认为,生态旅游文化还要进行深层次挖掘,以红叶旅游为例,红叶是一种自然资源,也是一种生态文化,特别是巴山水青冈、银杏、连香树、鹅掌楸、红桦、红豆杉等红叶,既可休闲观赏,美学欣赏,又能科学考察和纪念收藏。挖掘这些珍稀物种的文化内涵,就能提升景区档次。
历史文化也是应重点包装的旅游特色。譬如光雾山景区,是巴人文化的中心区、秦汉文化的交汇区、三国文化的重点区,这些古代历史文化是南江早期开发、开放、发展、辉煌的见证;这里还是全国第二大苏区,徐向前、李先念等率领红四方面军,在这里战斗和生活了三年。巴山游击队凭借光雾山的红叶林海,浴血奋战长达五年之久。这些历史文化遗迹已经和自然风景融为一体,应切实加强保护、开发和利用,因此,我认为,南江旅游在历史文化的发掘上,应以巴人文化、三国文化、红军文化为主题,创作诗词曲赋、音乐书画、歌舞表演,创作出对各个旅游群体都具有吸引力和影响力的作品,要把巴人留传下来的山歌和巴渝舞打造成像《树叶吹奏》、《喊山》、《采红叶》等极具卖点的文化旅游节目。
民俗文化也是近年各地力推的重点,这点值得四川旅游同行学习。从云南、贵州等地发展旅游的实践看,很多外地游客、境外游客之所以迷恋西部,实际是为中国西部丰富而独特的民俗文化倾倒,川东北实际上也有深厚的民俗文化积淀,譬如南江的民俗、戏曲等都有较为深厚和广泛的群众基础,在旅游开发中,建议修建巴山民居,把桃园镇铁炉坝打造成川北民俗村;唱响山歌品牌,开发“见景唱景、见人唱人” 即兴演唱项目,把导游词与山歌有机结合,让山歌成为光雾山的景中之景。政协文史委和文体办等部门可结合非物质文化遗产的保护,广泛收集和整理民歌、民俗、风情,研究巴人文化,扎牢民俗文化底蕴,使南江旅游文化独具巴山、巴人、巴风特色。 (杨鸣)
