Now most of the workers and public servants work from 9 am to 5 pm. Some of them even work from 8 am or 8:30 am to 5 pm. However, according to the global Internet survey done by the UK Sleep Council, the Mediterranean siesta was the right idea all along. The UK Sleep Council called on the country's bosses to end nine-to-five working in favor of more flexible hours. They believe what would really pump up the pulse of worker productivity is a nice afternoon nap, rather than those bonuses and incentives.- zài 12000 rén huí yìng de diào chá zhōng, yòu 41% shuō tā men zài zǎo shàng gèng yòu xiàolǜ, 38% shuō tā men zài wǎn shàng cái néng shǐ chū gànjìn .ChrisIdzikowskii bó shì shuō " diào chá xiǎn shì dà duō shù rén zài zhōng wǔ bù wán quán huó yuè - zhè gè shí jiān shì yán rè de guó jiā de wǔ xiū shí jiān "" wǒ men kè yì cóng zhè gè diào chá zhōng dé chū jié lùn : dà duō shù rén bù shì hé cháo jiǔ wǎn wǔ de gōng zuò shí jiān " tā jiàn yì yǔn xǔ gōng rén men 'àn zhào zì jǐ zì rán de shuì mián xí guàn, cóng 'ér yán cháng gōng zuò shí jiān , zhè yàng zhēn zhèng duì lǎo bǎn yòu hǎo chù yě gèng yòu shēng chǎn lì .
Forty-one percent of the 12, 000 people who responded to the council's survey said they were most productive in the morning, while 38 percent said they hit their stride in the evening. “ The implication is that the majority are not fully alert in the middle of the day – the traditional time for a siesta in hot countries. ” said sleep expert Dr. Chris Idzikowskii. “ We must conclude from this survey that the traditional nine-to-five working day does not suit the majority.” He suggested that allowing workers to follow their natural sleeping habits would actually benefit employers by allowing them to expand their working hours and be more productive.- zuò wéi yī gè dà xué jiǎng shī wǒ hěn xìng yùn bù yòng měi tiān qù shàng bān, wǒ yī zhōu zhǐ yào gōng zuò sān tiān, dàn shì zài zhè sān tiān wǒ gōng zuò hěn cháng hěn cháng shí jiān méi yòu yī diǎn shí jiān kě yǐ xiǎo shuì yī xià . xià wǔ wǒ tōng cháng gǎn jué yòu lěi yòu kùn, cóng 'ér yǐng xiǎng liǎo kè táng de huó lì . wǒ cháng cháng duì xià wǔ kè shàng de xué shēng gǎn dào hěn bào qiàn, dàn shì wǒ xiǎng wǒ yòu bù shì chāo rén yǐ cǐ yuán liàng liǎo zì jǐ .
Fortunately, being a college lecturer, I don't have to go to work everyday. I only work three days a week, but during the three days I work really long hours and have no time for a wee little siesta. I'm usually so tired and sleepy in the afternoon, which really affects the vitality of my classes. I used to feel very guilty and sorry for the students of the afternoon classes, but then I excused myself by thinking I'm not a man wearing his shorts outside the long pants (superman does).- wǒ yòu liǎng gè lǐ yóu qiáng liè zhī chí bó shì de guān diǎn . yī gè shì dāng rén men yòu líng huó de shí jiān de shí hòu tā men de xiàolǜ néng dá dào zuì gāo . lìng yī gè yuán yīn shì líng huó de shí jiān duì yì wèi zhe rén men bù bì zài tóng yàng de shí jiān gōng zuò, zhè yàng kě yǐ bì miǎn jiāo tōng yōng jǐ hé dǔsè . zhè zhēn shì yī jiàn shuāng diāo ( yě xǔ shì gèng duō )! nǐ rèn wéi ní?
I strongly support Dr Chris Idzikowskii's idea for two reasons. One is when people have flexible working hours they could reach their highest productivity. On top of that, flexible working hours means that people don't have to work all at the same time, in that way we could avoid traffic congestions and jams. Therefore it's really killing two birds (maybe 7 or 8 birds) with one stone! What do you reckon, guys?- diào chá jiēguǒ hái xiǎn shì, mù qián zài wéi nǚ shàng sī gōng zuò de nǚ gù yuán zhōng, měi liù gè rén zhōng yòu yī gè rén gēn shàng sī zhī jiān cún zài“ qián zài de jǐn zhāng guān xì”。

But despite the worries, female bosses did score highly on the more personal side of the manager/employee relationship.- wǒ men dào huì yì shì qù, nà 'ér yòu bǐ jiào duō kōng jiān 。
