Since it was officially incorporated into the domain of China's Yuan Dynasty in the mid-13th century, Tibet has been under the jurisdiction of China's Central Government as an inalienable part of Chinese territory.- hǎi xiá liǎng 'àn de zhōng guó rén mín dū zhù zhāng zhǐ yòu yī gè zhōng guó, dū yōng hù guó jiā de tǒng yī, tái wān zuò wéi zhōng guó bù kě fēn gē de yī bù fēn de dì wèi shì què dìng de、 bù néng gǎi biàn de, bù cún zài shénme“ zì jué” de wèn tí。
The Chinese people on both sides of the Straits all believe that there is only one China and espouse national reunification. Taiwan's status as an inalienable part of China has been determined and cannot be changed. "Self- determination" for Taiwan is out of the question.- dàn bì xū fú hé liǎng gè jī běn tiáo jiàn : dì yī, fàn dì gāng bì xū duàn jué tóng tái wān de suǒ wèi“ wài jiāo guān xì”, chéng rèn zhōng huá rén mín gòng hé guó zhèng fǔ shì zhōng guó wéi yī hé fǎ zhèng fǔ, tái wān shì zhōng guó lǐng tǔ bù kě fēn gē de yī bù fēn ;
However, such improvement requires two basic conditions: First, the Vatican must end its so-called diplomatic relations with Taiwan and recognize that the government of the People's Republic of China is the only legal government in China and that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory.- rú qián suǒ shù, tái wān shì zhōng guó lǐng tǔ bù kě fēn gē de yī bù fēn , yī jiǔ sì jiǔ nián zhōng huá rén mín gòng hé guó zhèng fǔ qǔ dài zhōng huá mín guó zhèng fǔ chéng wéi quán zhōng guó de wéi yī hé fǎ zhèng fǔ, yǐ jīng xiǎng yòu hé xíng shǐ bāo kuò tái wān zài nèi de quán zhōng guó de zhù quán。
As we have already said, Taiwan is an inalienable part of Chinese territory and, after replacing the government of the Republic of China in 1949, the government of the PRC has become the sole legal government of China, enjoying and exercising sovereignty over the whole of China, including Taiwan.- wǒ men yú yī jiǔ jiǔ sān nián bā yuè fā biǎo liǎo《 tái wān wèn tí yǔ zhōng guó de tǒng yī》 bái pí shū, xì tǒng dì lùn shù liǎo tái wān shì zhōng guó bù kě fēn gē de yī bù fēn 、 tái wān wèn tí de yóu lái、 zhōng guó zhèng fǔ jiě jué tái wān wèn tí de jī běn fāng zhēn hé yòu guān zhèng cè。

As for Taiwan, upholding the principle of one China indicates that it acknowledges that China's sovereignty and territory are inalienable. In this way, both sides of the Taiwan Straits will have a common basis and premise and may find ways to solve their political differences and realize peaceful reunification through consultation on an equal footing.- yī jiǔ qī 'èr nián jiǔ yuè, zhōng rì liǎng guó qiān shǔ lián hé shēng míng, xuān bù jiàn lì wài jiāo guān xì, rì běn chéng rèn zhōng huá rén mín gòng hé guó zhèng fǔ shì zhōng guó de wéi yī hé fǎ zhèng fǔ, chōng fēn lǐ jiě hé zūn zhòng zhōng guó zhèng fǔ guān yú tái wān shì zhōng huá rén mín gòng hé guó lǐng tǔ bù kě fēn gē de yī bù fēn de lì chǎng, bìng qiě jiān chí zūn xún《 bō cí tǎn gōng gào》 dì bā tiáo guī dìng de lì chǎng。
