　　字介之，襄邑（今河南睢縣）人。翰曾侄孫（《周文忠公集》五五《書匹紙贈許玠介之》），魏翁門人（《宋元學案》八○）。理宗端平三年（一二三六）以薦補官，為衡州戶掾（明嘉靖《衡州府志》六）。有《東溪詩稿》，已佚。
